Everything from wheels-down to wheels-up: the weekend warm-up, the five days of camp, the Morocco leg, and the send-off. Times are local Málaga time unless noted.

01 · Wheels-down to first camp day
Arrival & Opening Weekend
The first 48 hours are about landing soft, getting oriented for camp, and celebrating together before the work week starts.
Whole team lands together at Málaga Airport (AGP) — KLM KL 2663 (operated by Transavia HV 6109), via Amsterdam.

The Alcazaba → Gibralfaro climb is steep and exposed in July heat. Bring water, hats, and sunscreen — and consider going later in the afternoon as it cools.
02 · The work week
Camp Week — Mon Jul 6 → Fri Jul 10
Camp runs 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM every day. Arrive early for setup, stay late for cleanup. After cleanup the team has lunch together at the church, 2:30–3:30 PM. Evenings are noted below.

03 · Mon–Wed evenings
Host Night Sign-Up
Mon–Wed evenings are open for Mills, Horony, or Jillann to take a turn hosting and taking the team out to explore Málaga. Tentative hosts are penciled in — anyone can claim a different night.
All three nights are tentatively held by Mills / Horony / Jillann. A night isn't locked until someone signs up with an activity. The activity field is required — no activity, no sign-up. Budget cap is €30 / person.

04 · The away leg
Morocco — Fri Jul 10 → Sun Jul 12
After the final camp day and dinner with Daniella, the team flies out for the Morocco leg and returns to Málaga late Sunday.
